SALES MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main mission: Define, lead and supervise the company’s sales strategy. You will be responsible for the following actions:

  • Setting sales targets in line with the company’s economic profitability objectives, developing existing or new markets;
  • Setting sales targets and monitoring their achievement;
  • Identify appropriate sales targets and define turnover development objectives;
  • Determining which products or services to launch, maintain or discontinue, as well as their quantity; Setting their pricing policy;
  • Prospect for and develop the loyalty of strategic accounts for the company.

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Have at least 5 years’ higher education in sales, marketing, sales management or an equivalent degree;
  • At least 5 years’ experience;
  • Good command of office software and customer relationship management (CRM);
  • Good knowledge of merchandising and trade marketing techniques;
  • Good command of marketing tools and methodologies;
  • Knowledge of Douala and the surrounding area;
  • Be dynamic, responsive and diplomatic;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Ability to manage stress and pressure;
  • Managerial skills;
  • Be a good listener;
  • Have worked in the raw materials or commodities market, in this case the rice sector;
  • Good interpersonal skills.
