These companies have the same promoter, Mr. Amadou NDAM.

We plan to acquire and sell the financial assets of Agro-Food companies on international stock markets.

Our long-term ambition is to represent foreign Agro-food product brands in CAMEROON in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force and the standards required in this area.
