Position Title: Personnel Evaluation Manager
Reporting Line: Reports to the Human Resources Director (HRD) / Director of Human Capital
Functional Relationships: HR teams, managers, department heads, executive management
Status: Executive position
Working Time: Full-time

Main Mission

The Personnel Evaluation Manager designs, implements, and oversees employee performance and competency assessment processes.
They play a strategic role in Workforce and Skills Planning (WSP) and Career and Employment Path Management (CEPM), as well as in internal mobility, training, and talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Definition and Implementation of the Evaluation Policy

  • Develop and update evaluation tools, grids, and reference frameworks (objectives, competencies, behaviors, etc.)
  • Establish an annual performance evaluation calendar
  • Ensure alignment between evaluation systems, corporate strategy, and HR policies

2. Support for the Evaluation Process

  • Train and support managers in conducting annual and professional interviews
  • Ensure the smooth execution of evaluation campaigns (launch, monitoring, closure)
  • Analyze results and prepare summary reports for management

3. Use and Optimization of Evaluation Results

  • Identify needs in training, mobility, promotion, or specific development programs
  • Contribute to talent identification and succession planning
  • Support the design of individualized development paths

4. Tools and Digitalization

  • Administer and optimize digital evaluation tools (HRIS, dedicated platforms)
  • Contribute to their continuous improvement in terms of usability, customization, and integration

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Define and monitor performance indicators related to the evaluation system
  • Collect and analyze feedback from employees and managers to enhance practices

Profile Sought

Education:
Master’s degree (Bac +4/5 equivalent) in Human Resources, Occupational Psychology, Education Sciences, or a related field.

Experience:
5 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in evaluation, HR development, workforce planning, or talent management.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR evaluation tools and career management systems (CEPM/WSP)
  • Excellent analytical skills in HR data management
  • Proficiency in HR processes (WSP, training, mobility, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, pedagogical, and writing skills
  • High sense of confidentiality, organization, and accuracy
  • Experience with HRIS or performance management software (e.g., TalentSoft, SuccessFactors, etc.)
