Solutions RH+ Emploi is recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Human Resources Director reporting to the General Management.
The Human Resources Director defines, leads, and implements the company’s HR strategy. He/she supports organizational development, manages talent, ensures social climate stability, legal compliance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
MAIN MISSIONS
HR Strategy
• Define the HR strategy in line with the company’s objectives.
• Develop and oversee HR action plans.
• Ensure organizational efficiency and alignment of teams with the strategic vision.
Talent Management & Skills Development
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and career management.
• Develop employee skills and oversee the training plan.
• Implement an effective workforce and skills management system (GPEC).
Personnel Administration & Payroll
• Oversee all administrative aspects of personnel management.
• Supervise payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure the reliability and regular updating of employee records.
Social Dialogue & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure constructive social dialogue and relations with social partners.
• Guarantee legal and regulatory compliance of all HR practices.
• Prevent and manage internal conflicts.
Management Support & Leadership Development
• Support managers in team management.
• Promote leadership, internal communication, and team cohesion.
• Lead HR transformation projects.
Health, Safety, and Workplace Well-being
• Promote health, safety, and well-being at work.
• Implement prevention policies and actions to improve the social climate.
HR Reporting, Performance & Steering
• Define, monitor, and analyze HR indicators (KPIs).
• Implement and supervise periodic performance evaluations.
• Track individual and collective objectives in line with HR and organizational KPIs.
• Produce HR reports for top management.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and availability of HR data through HRIS tools.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Education
• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Law, Management, or equivalent.
Experience
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in HR.
• Proven team management experience.
Key Skills
• Strong knowledge of labor law.
• Payroll management & personnel administration.
• Recruitment techniques & competency management.
