JOB DESCRIPTION
Main mission: To establish a permanent, friendly listening system within the company. You will be responsible for the following actions:
- Ensuring good working conditions, particularly the workplace: is it attractive? Is it comfortable? Is it possible to set up a relaxation room? What about naps at work?
- Ensure that employees are properly integrated and get off to a good start, for example by setting up an HR onboarding checklist.
- Include employees’ key moments in the life of the company (birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, etc.) in order to combine happiness at work with the employee’s personal life, while taking care not to interfere with privacy.
- Draw up a company charter with all the company’s stakeholders to promote good practice and ethics within the organisation (e.g. What makes our company unique? What is our common goal? What is the meaning of our work? How can I personally be useful and improve the working lives of my colleagues? How can we improve our services so that our customers are even more satisfied?)
- Organise team-building events (sports, company events, Christmas meals, integration weekends).
- Gathering and organising ideas to improve the company’s culture
- Ensuring a good social climate within the company, in particular through communication initiatives. Ensuring that everyone participates.
- Integrate the management team in order to promote the ‘happy human = better performance’ philosophy.
- Raise awareness about health and illness prevention, particularly work-related illnesses.
- Communicate with HR marketing to develop an effective employer brand that will attract new talent.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Have a 5-year degree in management, human resources, psychology, literature and human sciences.
- At least 3 years’ experience.
- Be autonomous, rigorous, organised, multi-tasking and creative.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to empathise, listen and adopt a caring attitude in all circumstances.
- Demonstrate consistency in your work and be an ambassador for the values you espouse.
