HR DATA ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main role: to update information and ensure it is accurate, using HRIS software. To do this, you will be responsible for the following actions:

  • The role of this professional is very important, as it is on the basis of the results of his or her analyses that the company’s human capital management decisions will be taken. These decisions may relate to productivity, training, job satisfaction, etc.
  • Collect HR data from employees, using HRIS software or HR documents (payslips, schedules, etc.);
  • Analysing the data gathered, to identify trends, areas for improvement, ideas for HR strategy, etc. ;
  • Write reports and present the conclusions to the HR department and management;
  • Make recommendations on HR strategies and personnel management;
  • Contribute to the implementation of initiatives to promote the professional and personal development of employees (e.g. training);
  • Ensure that employees’ digital data is protected and used in full compliance with current regulations;
  • Provide the data required for employee appraisals, benefits calculations, bonus calculations, etc.

PROFILE SOUGHT

  • You must have a 5-year higher education qualification in computer engineering or statistics. The training must offer a complete programme, favouring the acquisition of important skills in IT and data analysis. It is also possible to apply for this job after obtaining a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in marketing or human resources, which also provides training in data analysis.
  • At least 3 years’ experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of data analysis and statistical software (Microsoft Excel, Statistix, Statistica, etc.);
  • A broad knowledge of mathematics and data protection law;
  • Knowledge of the specifics of each of the company’s trades;
  • Rigour, analytical skills and responsiveness;
  • Ability to explain analyses in layman’s terms and pass on understandable information to help decision-making.
