Nature of position: Level 2 professional trainee
Qualifications required: 3 to 5 years’ higher education in Finance, Management Control, Audit or equivalent field
Desired Experience: Minimum 1 year in a professional environment in the field of finance, control or audit.
Objective
To actively participate in the implementation and monitoring of financial control tools in order to improve the company’s overall performance.
Tasks
– Production and monitoring of financial dashboards (budget analyses, expenditure control, financial KPIs, etc.);
– Contributing to the implementation and improvement of internal control procedures;
– Analysing financial risks and proposing recommendations;
– Monitoring financial indicators to prevent defaults;
– Drafting periodic financial reports;
– Participation in all other tasks relating to financial performance.
Skills and Aptitudes Required
Knowledge
– In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting and control;
– Good command of office automation tools and financial management software (Excel, SAGE, etc.);
– Mastery of accounting and tax standards and regulations.
Skills
– Ability to analyse and interpret financial data;
– Implementation of control and warning systems;
– Drafting summary reports for management;
– Ability to ensure compliance of financial documents.
