As part of our activities, we are looking for a qualified hairstylist to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will contribute to the salon’s image by providing a warm welcome, personalized service, and professional services that meet clients’ expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Hairstylist will be responsible for:
- Welcoming clients courteously and advising them on hairstyles and hair treatments suited to their needs.
- Providing haircuts for women, men, and/or children, depending on the services offered by the salon.
- Performing blow-drying, styling, formal/event hairstyles, and other hairstyling services.
- Performing hair coloring, highlights, balayage, bleaching, and other hairdressing techniques.
- Applying hair treatments and advising clients on proper hair care and maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the salon and for all equipment.
- Managing appointments, processing payments, and contributing to customer retention and loyalty.
- Promoting and selling hair care products.
REQUIRED PROFILE
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Diploma or training in hairdressing (CAP, Probatoire, or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a hair salon is an advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
- Energetic, punctual, and responsible.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
