Main Purpose of the Role
The Managing Director is responsible for the strategic, operational and financial leadership of Chartered
Financial Investment, a subsidiary of CFBANQUE INVESTMENT, in line with the Group’s global Board of
Directors’ guidelines.
Performance Objective
The role holder is accountable for delivering a minimum monthly revenue of USD 250,000 through
business development, financial structuring and capital mobilisation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
-Define and drive the company’s strategic vision
-Identify growth and expansion opportunities
-Advise the Board on key strategic matters
-Represent the institution with stakeholders and investors
Business & Financial Development
-Develop a high-value client portfolio
-Structure investment and financing transactions
-Achieve monthly revenue targets (USD 250,000)
-Mobilise international funding sources
Operations Management
-Oversee all operational activities
-Ensure organisational efficiency and performance
-Implement monitoring and reporting systems
Financial Management
-Prepare and manage budgets
-Supervise cash flow and financial operations
-Produce financial reports
-Ensure regulatory compliance
Human Resources Management
-Recruit, lead and evaluate teams
-Develop internal capabilities
-Maintain a high-performance work environment
Administrative Oversight
-Supervise contracts and commitments
-Manage company assets and resources
Profile Requirements
-University degree in Finance, Economics or Management
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance or strategic leadership
-Strong business development and financial expertise
-Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
-Fluency in French and good command of English
