JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative management
o Drafting emails and letters
o Updating, filing, and archiving customer and supplier files and records.
o Monitoring inventory and logistics (supplies, shipments, deliveries).
o Verifying secretarial work
Commercial management
o Providing information and advice to customers, handling and resolving customer disputes.
o Recording and tracking orders, work in progress, customer credit, sending reminders, ensuring the collection of unpaid debts.
o Managing suppliers and subcontractors: monitoring contracts, paying and entering invoices, negotiating rates.
o Compile sales statistics and prepare reports.
o Participate in external communications activities to promote products (attend trade shows).
o Customer prospecting
Financial Management
o Monitor the budget and accounting (customer invoicing, supplier payments)
o Debt collection
Required profile
Education:
Minimum 3 years of higher education in Accounting, Management Control, Marketing, or Communication.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years in a similar position, ideally in the industrial or commercial sector.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of accounting software and management tools.
- Solid knowledge of management, professional communication, and writing.
Soft skills:
- Writing and analytical skills

- Autonomy, initiative, and priority management
- Interpersonal skills, active listening, diplomacy
- Responsiveness, versatility, and ability to work under pressure
Languages: Be perfectly bilingual (French, English)
