As part of strengthening its administrative teams, we are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients three (03) HR Assistants, who will operate in two complementary sectors related to international mobility:
The first sector focuses on facilitating immigration procedures. The company supports individuals wishing to study, work, or settle abroad by providing personalized assistance in accordance with current regulations.
The second sector is driven by an innovative company developing insurance and bank guarantee solutions designed to support international mobility projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Personnel Administration
- Manage administrative records of employees
- Monitor employment contracts and amendments
- Update HR databases
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Participate in recruitment processes
- Welcome and onboard new employees
- Monitor probation periods
Payroll and Benefits Management
- Prepare payroll-related variable data
- Track absences and leave
- Manage health insurance and other employee benefits
Operational Support
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Organize training sessions
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects
PROFILE SOUGHT
Education
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law or equivalent
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of interview and recruitment techniques
- Proficiency in managing employment contract administration
- Familiarity with collaborative and communication tools (shared calendars, video conferencing, corporate social networks, etc.)
- Understanding of professional reporting standards and formats
- Strong command of office tools, especially Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
