Main Responsibilities
Administrative Management
- Receive and process mail (both physical and electronic)
- Draft various documents: letters, reports, account statements, meeting minutes
- File and archive both physical and digital documents
- Manage stocks (daily monitoring, control, inventory)
- Prepare production and stock sheets
- Handle customer and supplier orders
Reception & Communication
- Provide information and advice to clients, manage and resolve customer complaints
- Welcome visitors in person and by phone
- Direct and assist various contacts and stakeholders
- Handle internal communication and manage collaborative tools
Financial Management
Profile Sought
Education:
Minimum: High School Diploma (Baccalauréat)
Training in secretarial studies or office management is an advantage
Experience:
At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or commercial sector
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Good knowledge of collaborative communication tools (email, video conferencing, shared calendars)
- Strong administrative and writing skills
- Note-taking techniques
- Mastery of filing, archiving, and digitization methods
Soft Skills:
- Proactive, dynamic, and discreet
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
- Responsive, autonomous, and multi-skilled
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Excellent writing and communication skills

Languages:
Must be bilingual (French and English)
