As part of strengthening its administrative teams, we are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients eight (08) Customer Advisors, who will operate in two complementary sectors related to international mobility:
The first sector focuses on facilitating immigration procedures. The company supports individuals wishing to study, work, or settle abroad by providing personalized assistance in accordance with current regulations.
The second sector is driven by an innovative company developing insurance and bank guarantee solutions designed to facilitate international mobility projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Educate and raise public awareness: Create educational video content on various immigration procedures
- Welcome and guide clients: Provide initial support by answering questions and directing clients to appropriate solutions
- Assist in preparing application files: Help with compiling documents, collecting required supporting documents, and filling out necessary forms
- Assess eligibility and advise: Analyze the specific needs of each client and guide them toward the immigration program best suited to their profile
- Ensure case follow-up and client satisfaction: Monitor the progress of procedures, keep clients informed, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process
PROFILE SOUGHT
Education
Two-year higher education degree (BAC+2) in Sales, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
Experience
Initial experience in customer service, administrative support, or immigration assistance is an asset
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of the Canadian immigration system (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, CRM)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Soft Skills
- Strong listening and teaching abilities
- Persuasive communication
- Rigor, organization, and respect for deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple cases at once
- Confidentiality and professionalism
- Good stress management and ability to handle client expectations
Languages
Being bilingual (French and English) is an asset
