Missions:
Your missions will be:
Verify accounting documents;
Maintain the files of the audit mission;
Prepare all the documentation necessary for the accomplishment of a task (financial statements, bank statements, memos, etc.);
Preparation of the summary of the results of the audit work;
Analysis and justification of all other cash accounts (internal transfers – checks and transfers to be cashed – etc.) to your superior;
Participate in the analysis of the monthly expenditure volume;
Participate in the analysis of the volume of monthly expenses; Intervene with the relevant departments, in the event of shortcomings, regarding the operations carried out.
Prepare the monthly activity summary report;
Carry out all other tasks entrusted by the hierarchy in adequacy with its professional aptitudes.
Required Profiles:
Have a minimum of a BAC+3 in Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Auditing or equivalent degree;
Have a minimum of 6 months of professional experience;
Have a strong sense of confidentiality;
Analytical skills and ability to summarize;
Good communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure and manage stress;
Ability to negotiate and be diplomatic;
Good communication and social skills;
Ability to listen and be available;
Good character;
Ability to set objectives and anticipate (proactivity);
Respect hierarchy and procedures.
