HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (M/F)

MAIN MISSION

The Human Resources Manager oversees and coordinates the overall human resources management within the company.
He/she ensures the implementation of the HR policy, the development of human capital, and the maintenance of a healthy and constructive social climate.
As a true strategic partner to General Management, he/she provides advice and support to operational managers in all areas related to personnel management.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1 HR Policy and Strategy

  • Implement the HR strategy in line with the company’s objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting to General Management on key HR indicators.
  • Ensure compliance of HR practices with current labor laws and regulations.

2 HR Development Management

  • Oversee career management, training, and skills development programs.
  • Lead HR projects related to Workforce and Skills Planning (GEPP/GPEC), mobility, and employee retention.
  • Advise operational teams on talent and team management.

3 HR Administration and Personnel Management

  • Supervise payroll, personnel administration, and legal compliance.
  • Lead and coordinate the HR team.
  • Monitor contracts, absences, leave, and social benefits.

4 Employee Relations and Internal Communication

  • Maintain a positive and constructive social climate within the organization.
  • Foster dialogue between management and staff.
  • Develop and implement internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

5 HR Digitalization and Tools

  • Utilize and optimize HR software and digital tools.
  • Contribute to the modernization and digital transformation of HR processes.

PROFILE REQUIRED

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+2/3/5) in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, or equivalent.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multi-sector environment.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labor law and personnel administration.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and digital tools.
  • Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written).

LANGUAGES

  • French: Professional level
  • English: Working proficiency

JOB CONDITIONS

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Salary: To be discussed during the interview
