MAIN MISSION
The Human Resources Manager oversees and coordinates the overall human resources management within the company.
He/she ensures the implementation of the HR policy, the development of human capital, and the maintenance of a healthy and constructive social climate.
As a true strategic partner to General Management, he/she provides advice and support to operational managers in all areas related to personnel management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 HR Policy and Strategy
- Implement the HR strategy in line with the company’s objectives.
- Provide regular reporting to General Management on key HR indicators.
- Ensure compliance of HR practices with current labor laws and regulations.
2 HR Development Management
- Oversee career management, training, and skills development programs.
- Lead HR projects related to Workforce and Skills Planning (GEPP/GPEC), mobility, and employee retention.
- Advise operational teams on talent and team management.
3 HR Administration and Personnel Management
- Supervise payroll, personnel administration, and legal compliance.
- Lead and coordinate the HR team.
- Monitor contracts, absences, leave, and social benefits.
4 Employee Relations and Internal Communication
- Maintain a positive and constructive social climate within the organization.
- Foster dialogue between management and staff.
- Develop and implement internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
5 HR Digitalization and Tools
- Utilize and optimize HR software and digital tools.
- Contribute to the modernization and digital transformation of HR processes.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+2/3/5) in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multi-sector environment.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor law and personnel administration.
- Proficiency with HR systems and digital tools.
- Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written).

JOB CONDITIONS
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
